Background

In this master's thesis, I explore images of the margin, violence and the illicit, the fascination with these images and their use in commercial contexts. I study masculinist biases and their use in image-making.

Process

This work was the fruit of a combination of extensive iconographic research and extensive bibliographical research in the fields of sociology, psychology and social sciences.
